Policies
Please review our policies below prior to booking your trip. If you have a question, need to cancel, or reschedule your trip, contact us immediately. We do our best to work with you and your schedule to get you on the water and have an unforgettable time fishing with our team.
Deposits & Balances
All trips require a 25% deposit to reserve your date. Your remaining balance is due on the day of your trip and collected automatically via the card on file.
If You Need To Cancel
Any cancellations by the customer within 24 hours of the booking date will result in a charge of the full balance of the trip. Requests to change a trip are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
Reschedules
If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate reschedules. Your deposit will be applied to the new date, and the remaining balance will be charged on the new trip date.
Bad Weather
All weather calls are made at your guide's discretion. It's our priority to ensure every client has a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience with us. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can accurately make a call on the weather forecast.
If bad weather, less-than-ideal fishing, or unsafe conditions threaten your trip, we have two options:
1) Pivot to a different experience
We may be able to pivot to a different experience or location and still have a fantastic time on the water.
2) Reschedule Your Trip
We can reschedule your booking to another date without forfeiting your deposit. This can be another date the same year or another date the next year.
